The heat transfer methods mainly include convective heat transfer, radiative heat transfer, and conductive heat transfer, among which convective heat transfer is the main heat transfer method of drum dryer. 3. Mass transfer process: The moisture in the material diffuses from the surface of the material into the air and is carried away by hot air, achieving the drying of the material. The rate of mass transfer depends on factors such as the humidity of the material surface and the humidity and temperature of the air.
